Greetings and Salutations

Happy New Year to each of you.  Quite a bit of time has passed since my last blog post.  Thankfully I’m still here doing what I love everyday but also making new connections and taking on new initiatives.

As life would have it; the past year has been a time of reorganizing, prioritizing and resetting not only my personal life but also my professional priorities.  Today, now more than ever, as educators I believe that it is imperative to use any platform we have available to educate our communities.

Over the next few weeks I will be sharing updates on my activities from the past year -the ins and outs and everything in between.  As always I will continue sharing instructional strategies and resources not only for educators but for parents and students.

With the changing of the political leadership education as we know it is and will be changing.  We will not only need voices and movements of resistance but also proactive strategies to safeguard education.  The decisions made today will impact the futures of t our students, families and communities and we must not remain silent.
