Instructional Strategy of The Week- Pacing and Structure in Lesson Planning

I chose this video  as a how to not only for the classroom teacher but also for Instructional Coaching Staff and Administrators.   Often conversations about a teacher’s performance in the classroom is a monologue  that does not allow the teacher to reflect on their instruction or walk away with any meaningful feedback.
